We are proud members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and members of the Texas Process Server's Association (TPSA) which means that our servers go through a careful screening process and are knowledgeable of the best practices for service of process.

Our servers are authorized by the Supreme Court of Texas Process Server's Review Board (PSRB) to deliver Civil and Criminal Process Service statewide in Texas and have successfully completed courses in Civil Process Law regarding the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the Texas and Federal Rules of Court and other applicable laws.
